Eric Gordon

The Houston Rockets are one of the biggest rebuilding teams in the league. Over the years, the front office has been interested in moving players for different assets and this could happen once again. Houston has two major veterans that could be moved — John Wall and Eric Gordon.

The Rockets have many complementary players on short-term deals. This means they could be a huge player at the NBA trade deadline come February. Gordon should attract the most interest because of his skillset and experience.

Gordon is versatile on both ends and can knock down the three-point shot on a consistent basis. He is an above-average ball handler in the half court and has experience in big games.

Gordon is healthy this season and this puts some more value around his name. So far this season, he’s averaging 14.3 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 3.1 assists while shooting 49.2% from the floor and 42.9% from beyond the arc.
