De’Andre Hunter has been unable to take that next step in Atlanta. Many believe that it was because of the presence of cam reddish. With Cam Reddish now in New York, Hunter could either explode into the offense or be a big trade piece.

It is clear that the Hawks are going to look to shake things up after a lackluster start. This is not the season they were expecting after a run to the Eastern Conference Finals last year.

Reddish was the biggest trade piece and now it seems as though all players are available other than Trae Young. Hunter would not be the star that would fit next to De’Aaron Fox but he is more of a future piece.

This would prove that the young players are looking to rebuild and add pieces that they can develop overtime.
