Kenrich Williams – Oklahoma City Thunder

Going along with the idea of pursuing someone on a minimum-like contract, Kenrich Williams would be a fantastic fit in Phoenix. Now in his 4th NBA season, Williams is in his second season with the Oklahoma City Thunder and has proven to be an effective all-around talent on the wing.

Nothing about Kenrich Williams screams “star”, but he plays his role perfectly and can do a lot of little things to help a contending team like the Suns.

Since joining the Thunder ahead of last season, Kenrich Williams has averaged 7.6 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 0.9 steals and has shot 41.7% from three-point range.

He does not normally play for more than 20 minutes in a game for the Thunder this season, that is the maximum amount of time he would see in Phoenix given all of their secondary talent.

Kenrich Williams would be nothing more than a role player as the 10th, 11th, maybe even the 12th man in the rotation for the Phoenix Suns, but he would always present them with a means of perimeter shooting off-the-bench.

Oklahoma City Thunder GM Sam Presti is always looking to acquire a future draft pick, which is why the Suns could easily acquire Kenrich Williams from the Thunder at a low cost.
