Los Angeles Lakers Receive: F Josh Hart, C Willy Hernangomez
New Orleans Pelicans Receive: F Talen Horton-Tucker, C DeAndre Jordan, 2025 First-Round Pick, 2023 Second-Round Pick, 2027 Second-Round Pick
Josh Hart would be shipped back to the Los Angeles Laker just three seasons after he was traded from there to the New Orleans Pelicans. Meanwhile, the Pelicans would receive Talen Horton-Tucker and some picks as their main compensation.
Hart has been playing very well for the Pelicans this season. The 26-year-old forward has been averaging 13.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 4.3 assists while shooting 51.5 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from three-point range.
Horton-Tucker started off the year strong, but his numbers have since tapered off. The 21-year old is putting up 10.9 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 2.7 assists while shooting 42.1 percent from the field and 25.3 percent from behind the arc.
As for the other two players, the two teams would swap centers.
