Justin Holiday
Shooting threat, defensive prowess — seems like the type of player that the Hawks should be interested in. Justin Holiday is not the flashy name that might excite fans but he is productive and could be a depth piece that would fit right in.
Holiday would check boxes for the Hawks. Right now, they are a team that is struggling to find their identity and roles for players. This has caused some frustration, Collins comes to mind immediately.
Holiday, on the other hand, knows is role and does it well. Holiday is playing 28 minutes a night for the Indiana Pacers. He is not asked to do too much and does not force anything.
This has allowed Holiday to score 10.1 points per game and shoot upwards of 36% from three-point range. Holiday might not be a starting guard next to Young but he is a depth piece who can play some valuable minutes for Atlanta.
