5. Josh Giddey, Oklahoma City Thunder
Josh Giddey is a do-it-all player. Coming over from Australia, Giddey was a promising player because of his size at 6-foot-8 and his ability to do many things on the offensive end of the floor.
So far, the Oklahoma City Thunder are seeing the benefits. Giddey is averaging 11 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 6.1 assists per game this season.
He handles the ball like a guard and is comfortable from all three levels. Josh Giddey has not been knocking down his jump shot consistently just yet and is still able to put up big numbers.
For instance, in a recent game against the Los Angeles Clippers, Giddey finished with a double-double. This was no traditional feat as he scored just eight points. Giddey logged 18 rebounds and 10 assists in the game. This is just one example of the complete player that Giddey is.
