Would this trade make sense for the Indiana Pacers?
The Indiana Pacers have been shopping Myles Turner because of his contract situation. Luckily, this is a player with tremendous value that brings a lot to the rotation. This should not be a difficult sell for Indiana as they attempt to search for a partner.
The return they would get is Gordon Hayward. When healthy, he is a player who can help on the offensive end of the floor. This has been his main problem over the years. Hayward has been unable to remain on the floor and this has hurt his value.
Also, he comes with a large price tag. This does not change the fact that he can help the Pacers offensively and be a leader on and off the floor.
Gordon Hayward would join Caris LeVert and Domantas Sabonis as the core of the Pacers. If the front office has other plans, they could look to take advantage of value Hayward might have in a flip.
