Cory Joseph – Detroit Pistons
Jrue Holiday missed some games earlier this season with an ankle injury and while they do have George Hill as an experienced, veteran point guard option, Cory Joseph is definitely a key talent they could utilize as a facilitator off-the-bench.
Joseph was traded to the Pistons last season and Detroit re-signed him to a new deal prior to the start of this season, but they should be willing to part ways with him if they get a deal that makes sense.
Other than Jordan Nwora, Georgios Kalaitzakis and Donte DiVincenzo, the Bucks do not have many young talents they could offer up and they only have a total of seven draft picks through 2025, so Milwaukee does not have much draft capitol to offer up.
The Pistons would most likely decline to trade Cory Joseph to the Bucks, but there is no denying that the veteran could absolutely be an impactful asset on a low-cost contract for a championship-caliber team like the Milwaukee Bucks.

Now in his 11th NBA season, Cory Joseph has averaged 7.0 points, 3.0 assists, 0.8 steals and has shot 44.4% from the floor in his career, giving the Bucks another ball-handler that they can rely on. Milwaukee does not need to make a move for a player like Cory Joseph, but it certainly would not hurt them to have him as another bench option in their backcourt.
