The Philadelphia 76ers remain in place for some big names because of Ben Simmons. This is a storyline that is not going to end unless Philadelphia gets an impact player back in return.

Russell Westbrook could be one of the players on the radar moving forward. There are certainly better options that would fit with Joel Embiid but at this point, the Sixers do not have much leverage in the Simmons deal.

Teams know the Philadelphia 76ers must trade the point guard this does not help the front office. Westbrook is a ball-dominant guard and it would be interesting to see how he would fit with the Sixers.

He has experience playing with other stars and would be able to join the likes of Embiid to balance the rotation on both ends.
