Would this trade make sense for the Phoenix Suns?

It will be interesting to see how the relationship between Deandre Ayton and the Phoenix Suns will be impacted from the broken contract extension talks the two sides have experienced.

It seemed as though he was the big man of the future but it is a bit telling when a contract extension has not been reached. If one cannot get done, it would benefit the Suns to move him right away.

Ayton is a former first-overall pick of Phoenix. He is coming off the best year of his career which means there is plenty of value around his name.

This is something to send to look to take advantage of and move in a different direction at the position. Robinson has shown defensive prowess but has struggled in the offensive end.

Chris Paul is the type of point guard that can help a big man take the next step. They would also get some depth including a young prospect on top.
