Denver Nuggets
The Denver Nuggets are entering the 2021-22 NBA season with Jamal Murray sidelined with a knee injury. Murray is likely going to miss a majority of the regular season due to his injury taking place in April.
Monte Morris, Facundo Campazzo, and Austin Rivers are probably going to fill in for Murray until he returns to the court.
At the same time, Nikola Jokic and Michael Porter Jr. will see expanded roles in the offense. But if the Nuggets discover that Murray’s absence is too much to handle, then they could make a move for a point guard.
Goran Dragic would give Denver an experienced guard that can provide them with scoring and playmaking abilities.

Once Murray does reenter the starting lineup, Dragic can operate as a key bench contributor for a Denver Nuggets squad that has their sights on reaching the NBA Finals.
