Does this trade make sense for Golden State Warriors?

Andrew Wiggins and James Wiseman represent the future of the Golden State Warriors franchise. Both guys have a ton of potential to grow into All-Star-like talents one day, but with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green still in their primes, the Warriors are “all-in” on winning more championships.

As a result, leveraging guys like Wiggins, Wiseman and draft picks for a solidified, young All-Star like Karl-Anthony Towns is not a bad idea at all.

Towns is already one of the better frontcourt players in the entire league and at just 25-years-old right now, he is a “win-now” player that Golden State can build around for the future as well.

For years now, the Warriors have been trying to adjust their frontcourt and in particular, their center position to fit in with their three-point shooting playstyle that revolves around Curry and Thompson.

Adding Towns to this team definitely makes them the best team in the Western Conference and you could definitely make an argument that they would be the best team in the entire NBA.
