2. Larry Nance Jr.
The Cleveland Cavaliers have a logjam in the frontcourt they need to alleviate. They re-signed restricted free agent Jarrett Allen to a five-year, $100 million deal in free agency. The No. 3 pick in the 2021 NBA Draft was then used on USC big man Evan Mobley.
With those two locked into spots in the starting five, the Cavaliers could look to move on from someone such as Larry Nance Jr. Cleveland may be open to trading the versatile big man, especially if they can add depth to another area of the roster that needs it.
For the Cavaliers, landing a player such as Tyler Herro would give them another strong building block on the wing. His shooting is something they could use more if and he could slot right into the sixth man role with Cleveland unless a spot opened up in the starting backcourt from Collin Sexton being traded.
For Miami, Nance would provide much-needed depth in the frontcourt. He would be an excellent fit culture-wise in Miami given his defensive versatility.

Offensively, his improving 3-point shot would help space the floor as well. The ability to play either frontcourt spot would give Eric Spoelstra a nice chess piece to mix and match with, in his rotation.
