Would this trade make sense for the Brooklyn Nets?

The Brooklyn Nets have the best group of stars in the league. The trade to acquire James Harden put Brooklyn over the top and as favorites in the NBA. After a postseason full of injuries, Brooklyn will look to lock down its stars and remain contenders moving forward.

The Nets can continue to do so by balancing out the rotation a bit as well. Jordan was mediocre last season while Jarrett Allen was sent away in a trade.

The Nets had plenty of star power to succeed but Myles Turner can complements those talents in a needed way. He led the league in blocks last season and proved to be a true rim protector.

On the offensive end, Turner is improving his game and developing a bit of a jump shot. With the Nets, Turner would not be asked to do much offensively and this could allow him to develop further with little pressure.

The fit here is perfect. The Nets are looking for a new big man while Turner can join a championship team where he would not have too much on his shoulders. The Nets have made plenty of big moves over the last year or two and this could be another one on the horizon.
