J.J. Redick

J.J. Redick has been one of the best shooters in the NBA throughout his career. He is a career 41.5 percent 3-point shooter and has done it with some volume, averaging 2.1 makes out of 5.0 attempts per game.

At 37-years old, Redick is coming to the end of the line for his NBA career. But, he has shown that he can still shoot the ball.

The 37.1 percent that he shot last season is still a strong number despite it being the second-lowest mark in his career for a season. He picked it up after being traded to the Dallas Mavericks, where he made 39.5 percent of his attempts.

Redick did deal with some injuries last season, which is to be expected when you are as deep into your career as he is. But, contending teams will not be relying on him to play heavy minutes. He will likely be playing a part-time role as a 3-point sniper off the bench.

He does want to remain as close to his family as possible, which will limit his options in free agency. But, he will not be without options as there are several teams that would love to have the veteran sharpshooter on their roster.
