3. Toronto Raptors
The Toronto Raptors were involved in plenty of trade rumors leading up to the 2021 NBA Draft. They were linked to the Philadelphia 76ers about Ben Simmons and the No. 4 overall selection was discussed extensively as well.
While no deal was made at the time, those trade rumors are not quieting down. The selection of Florida State forward Scotty Barnes may have made those rumors louder if anything. He plays the same position as Pascal Siakam, whom many believe could be on the move this offseason.
Trading away Siakam could signal that the Raptors are looking to do a little bit of rebuilding. If that is the case, guard Fred VanVleet may also be on the move if the right offer comes along.
The likeliest trade the Raptors will make involves point guard, Kyle Lowry. An unrestricted free agent, Lowry could sign a deal with Toronto and work out a sign-and-trade with another team that is over the cap.

The Miami Heat are one team that has been pursuing Lowry aggressively. The New Orleans Pelicans also want him to replace Lonzo Ball as their starting point guard.
