Miami Heat Receive: G Kemba Walker, F Kenrich Williams
Oklahoma City Thunder Receive: G Goran Dragic, F KZ Okpala, 2025 First-Round Draft Pick
In this deal, the Heat land their new starting point guard in Kemba Walker. They also improve the depth on their team, adding the versatile Kenrich Williams in the deal. Williams is a great fit for the Miami way of playing basketball.
He does a little bit of everything, averaging 8.0 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 21.6 minutes per game. He would provide some position versatility on defense and floor spacing on offense, knocking down 44.4 percent of his 3-point attempts this season.
The future first-round pick is what the Thunder will cherish from this deal. Miami will lift the protections on their 2023 first-round pick that is already being sent to Oklahoma City to make this trade work, another positive takeaway for the Thunder.
Goran Dragic gives the team a veteran point guard to pair with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in the backcourt should he remain with the team.

Like Walker, Oklahoma City would likely be able to flip Dragic for more assets down the road as he could produce some solid numbers.
Okpala gives Oklahoma City another young player they can look into developing.
