3 stars the Toronto Raptors could pursue in trade with No. 4 pick

Toronto Raptors, NBA Trade Rumors
NBA Analysis Network

The Toronto Raptors were one of the biggest winners during the NBA Draft Lottery. The team went into the lottery in the seventh spot but moved up to No. 4 in the draft.

Now, Toronto has a lot of avenues they could explore this offseason. Masai Ujiri has not shown his hand, as the team can retool and quickly become competitors in the Eastern Conference again or tear things down and start rebuilding.

Veteran point guard Kyle Lowry was not traded away at the NBA trade deadline, which might mean the team is leaning toward reloading and going for it again this season.

The Raptors are not that far off from being contenders again, as Fred VanVleet, Pascal Siakam and OG Anunoby are a solid core to build around. Add in Gary Trent Jr. if he is re-signed and the team will be very competitive during the 2021-22 season.

If they want to go for it, they can use the No. 4 pick as a strong trade chip to try and flip to help upgrade the roster. Several All-Star players could be available this offseason and Toronto could use that as the centerpiece of a deal.

Which players could the Toronto Raptors look to land? Here are three stars they could pursue using the No. 4 pick.
