Karl-Anthony Towns
Karl-Anthony Towns hasn’t experienced much success on the Minnesota Timberwolves, but there is reason for optimism moving forward.
Besides being able to play alongside his friend in D’Angelo Russell, Anthony Edwards showed loads of potential as a rookie this season.
Towns could view himself, Russell, and Edwards as a capable big three that could reach the playoffs if the front office surrounds them with more pieces. But who is going to want to play in Minnesota?
At some point, Towns is going to realize his talents are being wasted on the Timberwolves. And if he wants to secure a title, he’ll need to join forces with another superstar or two to achieve his goals. To me, it’s only a matter of when — not if — Karl-Anthony Towns is traded by Minnesota. Will it be this offseason that it happens?
