Philadelphia 76ers: CJ McCollum
Some may ask why CJ McCollum is included this low on the list, but it is due to the Philadelphia 76ers having someone like Ben Simmons to trade. Philadelphia needs to find more guards that can stretch the floor and knock down threes efficiently.
Someone like McCollum would bring three-point efficiency, along with scoring on all levels of the court, to Philadelphia. After seeing Simmons collapse in the postseason, the 76ers would be best to move on from him, and a big three of Embiid, McCollum, and Tobias Harris would be a nice improvement on the offensive end.
Phoenix Suns: Mo Bamba
When looking at the Phoenix Suns, there isn’t much I’d change on the roster to make them better. They have such a well-rounded roster with Chris Paul, Devin Booker, Mikal Bridges, Jae Crowder, and Deandre Ayton. In addition to those guys, Cameron Johnson, Cameron Payne, Torrey Craig, and Dario Saric are good role players to rely on.
But if I’m forced to say what the Suns need, it’s a center that can come off of the bench and spell Ayton. Whenever Ayton leaves the floor, Phoenix goes small, but that sometimes leads to other teams taking advantage of them in the paint.

Mo Bamba is a nice low-risk, high-reward trade candidate that could find his footing with the Suns. Bamba is a rim-protecting center that can space the floor, which would be a welcomed addition for Phoenix.
Utah Jazz: Harrison Barnes
Once again, contenders in the NBA should take a long look at Barnes this summer due to his versatility. Players that can slide in at small forward and power forward, along with make threes, have become valuable pieces for teams in the NBA.
Right now, Barnes is wasting away on the Sacramento Kings, a team that could be open for business in the coming months. For the Utah Jazz, adding more scoring around Donovan Mitchell, Mike Conley (who I expect to re-sign), Rudy Gobert, and Bojan Bogdanovic is key. Barnes would be able to start at the power forward or small forward spot, moving Royce O’Neale to the bench, creating more depth for the Jazz.
