New York Knicks

Depending on how you look at it, the New York Knicks had a successful season in their first year under Tom Thibodeau.

The Knicks were the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference, in large part due to the play of Julius Randle, RJ Barrett, and Derrick Rose. But in the first round of the playoffs, Atlanta proved to have too much firepower for New York, sending them home in five games.

For the Knicks, they finally have something to build on moving forward, making the playoffs for the first time since the 2012-13 season.

Though, New York understands that the current makeup of the roster isn’t close to where they want it to be.
