Does this trade make sense for the Washington Wizards?

It could finally be time that Washington puts their rebuild into hyperdrive. It began when John Wall was sent to the Houston Rockets in exchange for Westbrook but they still had Bradley Beal on the roster. He is a big piece of their past and might not be part of the future. If this is the case, a deal could happen right away.

Washington will have to decide if they want to trade for another big name next to Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook or completely blow it up. If they want to trade, the return here is a good one.

Porter Jr. is looking like the real deal. There have been talks about the Nuggets signing him to an extension but he could also be used as one of their biggest trade pieces.

Gordon is another valuable piece but is a short-term option while Bol could develop with a bigger role on a rebuilding team. This is a deal to add more assets to the organization in hopes of turning things around.

The Wizards showed that they can compete for a postseason spot with this roster but there is no chance of anything further. To continue to take steps, they might have to blow it up and start over.
