Pascal Siakam
All signs point toward the Toronto Raptors having a new point guard in place next season. After having Kyle Lowry operate the position in the past nine years, it appears as if he’ll be heading elsewhere in free agency.
Most people believe that the Raptors could use the No. 4 overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft to replace Lowry with someone like Jalen Suggs. Instead of taking a chance on an unproven prospect, why not target an All-Star point guard?
Toronto could include the No. 4 overall pick in the trade, which would entice Portland due to needing a way to fill the void left behind Damian Lillard if they trade him.
Along with draft picks, the Raptors could also add Pascal Siakam to the trade. Siakam is a rare two-way wing player that can handle the ball and create his own shot.

Regardless of whether or not the Trail Blazers keep CJ McCollum if Lillard is dealt, Siakam, the fourth overall selection, and other pieces could be an intriguing trade package for Portland.
