Does this trade make sense for the Golden State Warriors?
Golden State is a franchise that has done a lot of winning over in recent years. The front office has made big moves, like signing Kevin Durant, that have kept the franchise near the top for quite some time. After two down years dealing with injuries, the Warriors could be looking for their next big move to get back to the top of the Western Conference.

Beal could be that move. This would give the Warriors, arguably, the best backcourt in the league. Curry returned after a wasted season last year and scored 32 points per game while shooting 42.1% from three-point range. He was able to lead the Warriors to the postseason without Thompson.
With the other splash brother returning, the Warriors will be contenders once again. This will put them back to where they were prior to signing Durant. Now, Beal could be the star brought in to help take the team to the next level.
As a throw-in, Bertans would fit in because of his ability to fill it up from three-point range. He would add depth to the bench in Golden State. When teams get used to winning, they will do whatever it takes to continue it. The Warriors will be aggressive in pursuit of championships as long as Curry is on the roster.
