2021 NBA Mock Draft: Picks 26-30
26. Denver Nuggets
Charles Bassey, C, Western Kentucky
Bassey did not go to a big-name college but his game speaks for itself. He suffered an injury as a sophomore but returned last year and dominated. Bassey averaged 17.6 points and 11.6 rebounds per game as a junior. At 6-foot-11, Bassey is extremely agile and skilled. He knows his role and this would help on a team like Denver. With Nikola Jokic in the lineup, the Nuggets would bring some more depth with Bassey with this selection.

27. Brooklyn Nets
Greg Brown, SF, Texas
The Nets could go in many directions with this pick. They could add a backup point guard or go with a versatile option like Brown. The Texas product showed great versatility and this would help the depth coming off the bench in Brooklyn. Brown made a name for himself this season and has climbed up draft boards in recent weeks. This could continue as more people begin to study his game.
28. Philadelphia 76ers
Chris Duarte, SG, Oregon
The Sixers are a team that always likes to have a steady backup guard behind Ben Simmons. Duarte could be an option because of defensive prowess and ability to shoot the ball from three-point range. He averaged 17.1 points per game a season ago. He has worked his way into the first round and could go even higher than this. If he is on the board when the Sixers pick, they could take advantage of the value of Duarte here.
29. Phoenix Suns
Miles McBride, PG, West Virginia
McBride is another fringe first-rounder heading toward the draft. His stock will continue to rise because of his ability to play multiple positions on both ends of the floor. McBride is a combo guard that can fill it up from all three levels. The Suns are a well-rounded team and McBride would fit right in.
30. Utah Jazz
Johnny Juzang, SG, UCLA
Juzang played his way into the national spotlight during UCLA’s Final Four run this season. They nearly eliminated top-seeded Gonzaga and Juzang put on a show during the overtime battle. He displayed an ability to be the leader of an offense and knock down shots from anywhere on the floor. Juzang can use his size to dominate on both ends. Coming off the bench for a contending team like Utah would benefit Juzang in a big way.
