Does this trade make sense for the Charlotte Hornets?
The Charlotte Hornets would land some great value for a player who is expected to come off the bench for them in 2021-22. The Hornets have found their clear-cut starter at the point guard position in LaMelo Ball, and that makes Terry Rozier expendable.

The additions of George Hill and Seth Curry are a nice piece to acquire as they could be temporary replacements for Terry Rozier, and Curry’s arrival allows the team to let Devonte’ Graham walk in NBA free agency if the price isn’t right to bring him back.
Curry is a very solid guard presence in Philadelphia, and he could make a flawless transition to the Charlotte Hornets by slotting in as a sharpshooter off-the-ball alongside Ball and Gordon Hayward.
Curry, a native of Charlotte, would surely welcome a trip to his hometown, and the fact that they’re looking good for a potential playoff run in 2021 is certainly promising as well. This could be a home run of a trade for the Charlotte Hornets.
