The MSG crowd definitely helped the Knicks in the second-half

To this point in the playoffs, it is safe to say that the craziest, noisiest and most impactful fan base has been the New York Knicks fans and at points in Game 2, the crowd was deafening and you could barely hear the announcers on-hand at the game!

After losing Game 1 the way they did, everybody knew that Knicks fans were going to “bring the heat” for Game 2 in The Garden and they did not disappoint, helping will their team to a victory in the second-half.

Starting Derrick Rose and Taj Gibson in the second-half also helped the Knicks go on a third-quarter run, but without the fans bringing the energy, who knows if the Knicks would have had enough in the tank during the fourth quarter.

Every Time the Knicks made a shot, the fans were acting like they had just won the NBA championship and even after the Knicks had won Game 2, the fan flooded the streets of New York, chanting and dancing around like it was 1973 when Walt Frazier and Dave DeBusschere delivered a championship to New York.

The next two games of this series are going to be in Atlanta, but there will be a Game 5 of this series back in MSG and regardless of what the series is and who is winning, we can expect this fan base to once again be louder than ever and give the Knicks some major home court advantage.
