The Trail Blazers win Game 5 and Game 6 to take the series 4-2
Early on in this series, both teams are going to take advantage of each other and put together some impressive scoring numbers, but in the end, the Blazers are going to wind up winning Game 5 in Denver and seal the deal in this series, winning Game 6 in Portland to win the series 4-2.
With Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum playing the best basketball they have played all year long, as well as guys like Norman Powell and Jusef Nurkic starting to heat up, the Blazers just have too many weapons for the Nuggets to try and equal.

Jamal Murray being out has not affected the Nuggets much in terms of winning games during the regular season, but his absence is going to show big in this series. Nikola Jokic is presumably this year’s MVP, but he is not a guy that can be explosive like Jamal Murray was for the Nuggets last year when they made their run to the Western Conference Finals.
Michael Porter Jr. is going to have his moments and is going to have some big games against the Blazers in this series, but in the end, these two guys are not going to be able to withstand the scoring barrage of Lillard and McCollum.
After a shaky middle of the season for the Blazers, they were able to close out the regular season strong and their recent success is going to carry over into this series against the Denver Nuggets.
