James Bouknight

James Bouknight was one of the underrated stars of college basketball a season ago. He averaged 18.7 points per game for UConn and immediately rose his NBA Draft stock. The Raptors could be looking for a guard in this draft and Bouknight will be available when they pick. It all depends on what level of player they are looking to get.

If the Raptors are looking for the next great backcourt mate for VanVleet, that might not be James Bouknight. He seems like a polished product but could be more of a bench option.

Bouknight showed that he is an elite scorer in the lane but struggled from three-point range. He finished below 30% from beyond the arc for the Huskies this season. James Bouknight flew under-the-radar this season but he is starting to gain the attention of scouts.

James Bouknight will be one of the top players available when the Raptors are on the clock. They could be persuaded into taking the Huskie and building some depth.
