Could the Boston Celtics completely shock the Eastern Conference and land Kyle Lowry in NBA free agency? Kemba Walker has not fit in since signing his deal in NBA free agency and we have seen his name in NBA trade rumors since.

If Walker is moved, this leaves a hole at the top of the offense and Kyle Lowry is as good a player as any to fill it. We have seen the Celtics make these blockbuster moves before and we could see it again.

The Celtics struggling with their depth this season. It has caused the team to be mediocre and fighting for a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. They are not looking like the same team that made a run to the conference finals a year ago.

Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown are having good seasons but there is not much else to be excited about in Boston. This is where Lowry could shock the league and join the Celtics to help. It is likely that he wants to contend for a title in the final years of his career and the Celtics could be ready to win now with the right pieces.
