No. 4. Lonzo Ball – New Orleans Pelicans
Many questioned Lonzo Ball and the player who could potentially be after the struggles he had in the NBA Bubble last season, but this year, Lonzo Ball has been a dominant combo-guard. Yeah, that’s right, a combo-guard!
Lonzo Ball entered the league as a ball-dominant point guard who needed to have the ball in his hands to make something happen, but this season in New Orleans, Ball has made strides to become a great off-the-ball player as well and has been a terrific three-point shooter as a result.
Ball is shooting 38.4% from three-point range this season and is averaging a career-high 14.5 points per game as a result. Not to mention, he is still showing the ability to be a great floor general and facilitator, averaging 4.2 rebounds per game and 5.7 assists per game.

Whether it is scoring, passing, rebounding, playing off-the-ball or playing great one-on-one perimeter defense, Lonzo Ball can do it all and has become a great all-around, young talent in this league.
He is set to become a restricted free agent this offseason and with plenty of teams having a need for a point guard who is as versatile as Lonzo Ball, expect to see many teams pursue him and Ball to get an offer for a $20M+ per year contract.
