Why This Trade Would Benefit The Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls has been near the bottom of the Eastern Conference for years now. They brought in Billy Donovan to be the head coach and this was supposed to point them in the right direction. It seems like that is going to work and now it is about putting the right players on the floor.

If this means building around Zach LaVine and Lauri Markkanen, then that is what it will be. If that is the case, they will have to send away other players and Thaddeus Young is a prime candidate. He still has plenty of years left and could bring a lot to a team would need to take the next step.

The Bulls have shown improvement as of late and are in contention for a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. Chicago will be able to land some young assets and second-round pick sin this particular trade scenario.
