2 Rockets players the Warriors could potentially trade for

Eric Gordon, Shooting Guard

The other player that the Warriors should consider trading for would be Eric Gordon. He would be able to slide in as the starting shooting guard or come off the bench to provide an offensive spark to the second unit.

Gordon has always been a more than capable scorer. He has averaged 17.8 points per game this season to go along with 2.7 assists and 2.2 rebounds. In addition to those averages, he has shot 43.7 percent from the floor overall and 32.8 percent from the three-point line.

Once again, the Warriors would likely not have to break the bank to acquire Gordon from the Rockets. Houston is looking to rebuild and they would simply require a first-round pick or second-round picks and young talent.

All of this depends on whether or not Golden State thinks they can compete. Gordon could help them towards that goal. However, there is a good chance that the Warriors will realize that they can’t win a championship this season regardless of what they do.

There is no guarantee that the Warriors will look to make a trade. But, if they do, both of these Rockets players would make sense.
