The Los Angeles Lakers have been featured in NBA trade rumors in wanting to add another star to their team. This could happen at the deadline or in the offseason. In order to make the most of their latest title run with LeBron James and Anthony Davis, it would make sense to not wait.

If the Lakers do not want to wait for free agency, they could look to make a big-splash by going after Jerami Grant at the NBA trade deadline. He is off to a hot start to the season and it could make plenty of sense for the Detroit Pistons to ‘sell-high’ in a trade.
