Adding another dynamic talent at the NBA trade deadline will be important for the Miami Heat to maximize their chances of contending. They weren’t interested in pushing for a trade for James Harden and no other superstar has circulated in NBA trade rumors.

John Wall stands out as an intriguing ‘buy-low’ star for the Heat to pursue since he has shown positive flashes since his return from injury. In addition, Miami could ask for a shooter like Ben McLemore to further solidify their rotation.

Goran Dragic would have to go back to Houston to give them an option at the point guard position. Andre Igoudala and Kelly Olynyk are veteran options on short-term deals. The Rockets would also get a first-round pick in the future.
