Philadelphia 76ers Receive: Victor Oladipo

Houston Rockets Receive: Danny Green, Terrance Ferguson, 2021 1st Round Pick

Daryl Morey has made some nice moves for the Philadelphia 76ers to this point. It can be topped off by acquiring Victor Oladipo to team up with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. This is an attractive move, because of the player Oladipo is, but also because of his contract situation. Philadelphia would not have to give up too much.

Danny Green and Terrance Ferguson are the players going back to Houston in this deal. Green was acquired from the Oklahoma City Thunder in the offseason when the Sixers were able to get rid of Al Horford’s contract.

The Rockets would also get a first-round pick in this trade. It would add to the growing collection of draft picks they have since trading James Harden to the Brooklyn Nets.
