Why This Trade Would Benefit The Sacramento Kings

The duo of De’Aaron Fox and Ben Simmons could turn into one of the top in the league right away. In a league driven by the backcourt, this would benefit Sacramento helping their rebuild.

Buddy Hield has been in NBA trade rumors for quite some time now. They have not been able to get rid of him just yet but this could be the time to do it. This would be a move to help the Kings win now.

By giving up Tyrese Haliburton and first-round draft capital, they believe that Simmons and Tobias Harris would be able to get them to the postseason right away. This is a move they will have to hit on or the franchise will be sent back for many more years.

It would be interesting to see the Kings relevant and once again in the Western Conference. If the front office believes this is the move that they can pull off, it could happen prior to the deadline.
