Aaron Gordon
Aaron Gordon has been involved in trade talks with the Orlando Magic a lot in the past two seasons, but this season could be the one where he gets dealt near the deadline. Gordon, 25, is primarily known for his insane dunking abilities but he could be a great help to a team like the Nets who need more playmakers.
Aaron Gordon really isn’t considered to be a super star in the league anymore, but he is certainly still a top tier talent in the league. Gordon is currently averaging 14.1 points per game, 6.8 rebounds per game, and 2.2 assists per game.
Coupling Kyrie Irving and Caris LeVert as the two guards with Kevin Durant and Aaron Gordon on the wing could certainly unleash the Nets’ potential as a unit. There would be no shortage of intriguing attributes to go around— making them tough to handle on either end.
The Nets wouldn’t have to give up a lot to land Gordon either. There has been question regarding whether Markelle Fultz is the long term answer at the point guard position or not, so by sending Spencer Dinwiddie and a draft pick, they could get a deal done.
