Why This Trade Would Benefit The Chicago Bulls
The Chicago Bulls have been near the bottom of the Eastern Conference for years now. They have a new head coach in Billy Donovan and he could look to reshape the roster. This could begin by sending away a big-name player for a return. If Zach LaVine is the guy, it will be a big return.
Terry Rozier is a backcourt piece that could replace LaVine right away. He is scoring 20.6 points per game. Rozier and White could give the Bulls a backcourt for years to come.
Aside from Rozier, Miles Bridges is an intriguing name to keep an eye on in this trade. He has yet to scratch the surface of his potential and he could do so with the Bulls. Also, for a rebuilding team, first-round picks are extremely valuable and the Hornets could send one along with the two players.
The Bulls need to make some big roster moves if they want to improve. They need the front office and head coach to make some good decisions if they want to move forward. This could be the move that jump-starts the process.
