Why The Trade Benefits The Heat

The Heat were able to get a good gauge on where they are compared to the Lakers during the NBA Finals. It is clear that they are a little behind, but will enter the regular season as contenders once again in the Eastern Conference. Los Angeles gained more size with the addition of Montrezl Harrell.

Kevin Love and Bam Adebayo would be a physical duo down low that could compete with any team in the league. Love would not exactly be joining LeBron James and Kyrie Irving again, but the Heat are still set up well with their core.

Miami would welcome Love’s skill-set given his excellent rebounding abilities and three-point prowess. He would immediately benefit the team on both ends of the floor. There would be a great fit between Love, Jimmy Butler, and Bam Adebayo.

Love is a winning player with plenty of experience in the postseason. He is someone who knows how to lead on and off the floor. There is no doubt that he is a veteran player that could help another team accomplish their goal of winning a championship.
