James Harden to the Brooklyn Nets

It’s always fascinating to think about how a potential team with three superstar players would fit together. Especially when all of those talents are like Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, and James Harden— elite talents with the basketball in their hands out on the perimeter.

There are some particular possibilities with a Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving trio that would be incredible to watch. For instance, there isn’t a team in the NBA that wouldn’t have a blatant weakness to exploit from a matchup standpoint at a given time. They each can hit jumpers, unlike Russell Westbrook, too.

Regardless of the potential concerns, seeing teams have to try to slow down a potential Nets team with such a lethal trio would be intriguing. The Eastern Conference has some hard-nosed defensive teams that could be overwhelmed by such talent with James Harden added into the mix.

It wouldn’t be the best trade option for the Houston Rockets when considering the Nets lack a young talent with legitimate elite potential. However, they could undergo a legitimate rebuild and add some intriguing talents in the draft— further bolstering the future of the Southwest division.
