Why the Trade Benefits the Detroit Pistons

The Detroit Pistons were extremely busy in the early hours of the offseason. Grant was there big signing and gave them another weapon. They made it clear that they wanted to improve the forward position which means Griffin could be on the move.

The Pistons drafted in Killian Hayes with the seventh overall pick in the draft. The French point guard is going to contribute immediately and would benefit from a veteran to learn from. This is where Wall comes into play.

Wall would be able to run the offense while being a mentor to Hayes. Detroit would be set up well for the future with their duo at the guard position.

With Dwane Casey on the sidelines, the Pistons have good leadership and now just need to players to go with it. Wall would benefit the team immediately if he is able to stay healthy.
