The Portland Trail Blazers have a dynamic duo in Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum. This is who they are building around and counting on to get them to the next level. Kyle Kuzma is a player who would further solidify the backcourt in Portland. He would fit into their style of play given his ability to shoot from three-point range and run the floor. He is an offensive-minded guard who can take over a game when needed.

In Portland, he will not have as much pressure on him. Tucker is someone who could turn into a productive player in the league in the right system. He has not been given much of a chance with the Lakers given their roster.
