3. Rudy Gobert

Gobert is one of the premiere big men in the league. He is an elite defender and improved his offensive game tremendously this season. Gobert averaged 15.1 points and 13.5 rebounds per game in 34.3 minutes per game in 2019-2020.

Gobert is entering the final year of his contract in the upcoming season. The relationship between Gobert and Donovan Mitchell could cause a blockbuster trade sending the center out of Utah.

Behind closed doors, it has been said that Gobert and Mitchell are not on the same page. With the current standard in the NBA, teams need to keep their young guards happy. And Mitchell is elite.

This trade would really solidify the front court of the Heat. Gobert and Bam Adebayo would be a dominant pair on both ends of the court. Also, Gobert has just one year left on his deal, so the team would be able to decide what they want to do moving forward next year.
