This trade would require giving up the most but it also lands them the best player in a better situation than others. It is clear that Delon Wright and Dorian Finney-Smith will be used as trade pieces for the Dallas Mavericks but they could also throw in some fillers if need be.
Zach LaVine is one of the best names on the trade block this offseason. He is a player who is used to playing alongside other superstars. This would fit right in on the Mavericks. He is a selfless player who can be the second or third option or score when needed.
The Bulls needed LaVine to score at a high rate and that is exactly what he did. Hard away Jr. has turned into a valuable player which makes him a good trade piece.
The Mavericks would be legitimate contenders in the Western Conference if they made this trade. LaVine is the type of player that can take them to that next level where they want to be.
