The Heat were in pursuit of Gallinari at the trade deadline, but a deal was unable to get done. Now, Riley will have another chance at landing the former first-round pick.

This depends on the price tag of Gallinari. It is clear that the Heat are looking to clear cap to make a run at a superstar next offseason. Coming off an NBA Finals appearance, the Heat want to continue to improve their roster in hopes of landing another championship.

Gallinari would be a great fit for the Heat given his versatility and ability to shoot from all over the floor.

Miami could look to add Gallinari on a short-term deal. This would help them immediately and could lead them back to another deep playoff run.
