3. Detroit Pistons

The Detroit Pistons are a team in a position to do any number of things on the night of the 2020 NBA Draft. They could trade up or down if they want to or make the pick and land one of the best big men in the class.

Okongwu is a player who can play with anybody. He has the feel of a glue-guy on the floor. Okongwu could learn from Blake Griffin, given that he is not traded, and fine tune his game.

With his versatility and athleticism on both ends of the floor, Okongwu will fit into many team’s plans. The Pistons could be in a position to draft the best available player and by pick No. 7, that could be the USC product.

Detroit will have a decision to make come draft night. They are in a good position moving forward over these next two weeks.
