2. New York Knicks
The New York Knicks have an opportunity to fill some holes this offseason. They have the No. 8 pick in the upcoming NBA Draft where they could either add a point guard or a big man. If they decided to sign Jerami Grant, this would fill another glaring need.
New York needs everything on the floor. Grant would help defensively and on the perimeter shooting the ball. He would help stretch the floor for the Knicks which is something they have not had. He would help the backcourt of RJ Barrett and a potential point guard drafted with the eighth pick.
With Tom Thibodeau as head coach, the Knicks will improve defensively. That is another area where Grant will fit in and help right away.
On both ends of the floor, Grant fits in well with what the Knicks will try to do. They are a team that could use any help they can get. Signing Grant would be a good move and one that will not receive criticism, this is something they are not used to.
