5. Oklahoma City Thunder

This would be a reunion but not one that we are sure Jerami Grant would be in for. The Thunder traded him a year ago and it is unknown whether Grant will want to go back. Regardless, the fit in Oklahoma City would be perfect and that is what we will focus on.

Where they stand right now, the Thunder do not have enough cap to sign Grant. That could change this NBA offseason. There are talks of them wanting to trade Chris Paul, who is owed $41.4 million this season. Something to watch is the potential departure of Danilo Gallinari in the offseason.

Also, Steven Adams and Dennis Schroder could be trade pieces as they have just one year left on their contracts. Grant would be an immediate starter on a team with few set roles heading into next season.

Grant would step in an be one of the top options on the offensive end in Oklahoma City. This is an attractive spot to be but it all depends if he is interested in winning right away. Also, there might be some hard feelings on the trade.
