Package: Draymond Green, Eric Paschall, Jordan Poole, 2020 first-round pick (No. 2 overall), 2021 first-round pick (from Timberwolves, protected top 3), 2022 second-round pick, 2022 first-round pick swap

Yes, the Warriors would like to keep Green around, but that preference might not be possible. If the Bucks came asking for Green, are the Warriors supposed to say no to Giannis Antetokounmpo just so they keep Green? No chance.

In the end, keeping Curry and Thompson is the main goal. Having Green around is a nice luxury to have.

When comparing Green to Wiggins, there are some differences. Green is older, but his contract is significantly smaller than Wiggins. It is worth upwards of $7 million less than Wiggins next season.

Green has a much wider skillset. He is an elite defender and can rebound with anyone. Green is not the best shooter, but he is an incredible passer with a high IQ.

It is hard to imagine that Green is not involved in a trade for Antetokounmpo. It would be silly on the Bucks’ end not to ask if they are going to trade a player who just won two straight MVP awards.
